(August 9, 2022) Jean Holloway South East Rural Community Assistance Partnership attended the August 9 meeting of the of the Snow Hill Rotary Club. SERCAP’s mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals by promoting affordable water and wastewater facilities, community development, environmental health and economic self-sufficiency.

SERCAP also has a program that provides free services to small businesses on a variety of topics including bookkeeping, creating a business plan, and digital Marketing. The organization is primarily funded by federal agencies.
