Karen Walsh, USAID Africa

(Sept. 14, 2021) At the September 14 meeting of the Snow Hill Rotary Club, Karen Walsh of USAID (U.S. Agency for International Development) Africa spoke about her career experiences in international development. Through her work with USAID, Karen is a firsthand witness to the importance of providing the right resources to make a community resilient.

USAID is and independent federal agency that works closely with the U.S. State Department to advance national security, economic prosperity, and promote a path to recipient self-reliance.
