(June 18, 2018) On June 12, 2018, Snow Hill Rotary member Hal Arata was recognized for his years of work on the Shelter Box project. The Rotary Club of Snow Hill has raised over $17K for this project since 2008.
Pictured here, Hal receives the certificate of recognition from District 7630 Governor Rich Graves.
ShelterBox is an international disaster relief charity that provides temporary shelter and life saving supplies to displaced families.
Hal truly exemplifies the Rotary motto "Service Above Self".
