Fresh Produce at the Food Pantry

(August 15, 2022) Each summer, the Snow Hill Food Pantry hosts a fresh produce distribution for their clients. The Rotary Club of Snow Hill regularly participates in the monthly distributions at the Pantry.

This year the fresh-produce day was held on August 15. Over 150 families were served on that day. The Maryland Food Bank arranged for the delivery of crates full of corn on the cob, watermelon, and cantaloupe as well as bakery items from local grocery stores.

Volunteers included Snow Hill Club members and family. This picture shows of Vikki Parks, Manly Parks, and Sierra Ames preparing packages for distribution.
