The grant was used to provide 14 iPad tablets with drop-proof cases to the for Worcester County's Cedar Chapel School for students with special needs. The iPads and custom software are used to increase communication and learning between the student and the teacher, as well as at home.

Eighty percent of the funding was provided by District 7630 (Delaware and Eastern Maryland).
