(October 1, 2024) On October 1, Lorissa McAllister, Economic Development Director for the Town of Snow Hill spoke to the Snow Hill Rotary Club about the Bank Street Promenade Project.   

The idea behind the Project is to connect the central business district of the Town with the Pocomoke River and Sturgis Park. A plan has been developed to create a pedestrian-friendly passageway on Bank Street from Green Street to the park. The design will include landscaping, outdoor art and seating. Work on the project will most likely begin in the Fall of 2025.
