(April 28, 2026) On April 28, Leslie Sinclair, Director of the Eastern Shore Child Care Resource Center, spoke at the weekly meeting of the Rotary Club of Snow Hill. ESCCRC is an agency that works with childcare providers and other early educators, community organizations and families to help promote the availability of quality childcare services on the Eastern Shore.

ESCCRC helps early childhood professionals caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children by providing high quality training, program resources, technical assistance and coaching. The organization works with all families and providers on the shore regardless of income.
