(March 14, 2023) Club member and Professor of Practice at Salisbury University Jon Andes spoke to the March 14 meeting of the of the Snow Hill Rotary Club on the topic “Great Highland Bagpipes – Instrument of Peace and War”. Andes serves as the Executive Director of the Eastern Shore of Maryland Educational Consortium and is a member of the Worcester County Board of Education.

Jon is a founding member of the Ocean City Pipes and Drums which is an all-volunteer organization with a mission of creating the next generation of pipers.
