(January 17, 2023) Ed Carman, Risk Manager for Worcester County, spoke at the January 17 meeting of the of the Snow Hill Rotary Club. Carman is also a volunteer emergency medical technician with the Snow Hill Volunteer Fire Department. He gave a presentation at the meeting on the proper use of an AED (automated external defibrillator).
