(February 18, 2025) On February 18, Dawn Richardson of the Worcester County Health Department spoke to the Snow Hill Rotary Club about the “Just For Girls” program.

This is an after-school program that counsels middle school and high school students on life skills. Special focus is given to substance abuse avoidance. It has been provided to Worcester County Schools for over twenty years. There is also a program specifically for boys.
