Amy Smith and Jason Bennett Property Assessment

(June 18, 2024) On June 18, Amy Smith and Jason Bennett of the Worcester County Assessor’s Office spoke to the Rotary Club of Snow Hill.

In addition to a detailed tutorial on how to search property assessment through the website maintained by the State of Maryland, Club members were offered the opportunity to do hands on searches of the database.

Pictured here are Jason Bennett, Amy Smith and Club President Bob Smith. Amy and Bob are two of the four generations of the Smith family who have held the position of Assessor in Worcester County.

The property assessment database is available online through the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation website.
